I was watching this video about where to move after hitting the ball. Greg says to face your shoulder's toward where your opponent is contacting the ball. Should your feet also be in that direction as well? I have always kept my left foot, most of the time, perpendicuar to the edge of the table with my right foot being a little further back.

I tried this out last practice, and I seemd to be able to get to more balls and loop more in matches. Is this correct or I am I going at this all wrong? Thanks for any advice you all can offer.
