Bit of a mix depending on the weather and how busy I am feeling. Something like below.
Very Light Stretching. Light loosing drills.
10-15 mins of skipping. Great for conditioning and cardio. And/or 5/10 mins skipping and 10 mins running slow then 100 M fast. Varied paces. More stretching now warmer Light weight drills and or shadow boxing x5 rounds 15/20 second breaks. Sit ups Pressups Stretching drills Weights (kettle type drills) or resistance bands etc. Hit the bag. 5-7 rounds all strikes including kicks. Water Stretch and correct cool down stretching and breathing. V v important. 10 mins Slight heart attack.... Get on with day. Still no TT training... Yet |

I'm using a resistance band for legs - squats, lateral squat sidesteps, lunges, leg raises and some exercises focusing on hip flexor conditioning. For core I'm doing free weight but also using a small medicine ball for sitting core rotations and weighted situps, I also do leg raises and some static core exercises. I also do back raises at the end of this. For upper body i'm using a power band and doing bicep curls, tricep exercises and upper back. I usually do a 30 min warmup on treadmill and then get straight into it. Making sure I do a session every 2nd day with a cardio inbetween.

For me I've been doing:
Dips, decline pushups and weighted normal pushups, weighted step ups, dips, weighted planks, resistance band rows, and some shadow footwork practice haha...

I've been trying to do a lot of squat thrusts after I play, since right now I don't get a great workout where I can play. I've done some other cals. Also some karate workout. Punches and kicks I can remember. Horse stance punches.
Also gardening/yardwork If it's nice, I'll run around the block instead.

Bought a Dip Station, for dips, inverted rows, ab work. Have a gym bag and do some sandbag exercises. Got resistance bands.

During the quarantine, I do sports at home, I have some exercise equipment. After training, there is no strength and energy and I want to recover. I love to recover in the arms of a girl from Peachy escorts. I have my beloved girlfriend who knows all my desires and preferences, I use her services about once a month, sometimes more often here reference. It helps me gain strength before my next workout.

Unsolicited advertising for a trainer in WINTERPARK FLORIDA.
He played table tennis for UCF (USATT rating 1800 I think) and has trained multiple 2000 level table tennis players here in Florida. He specializes in injury prevention and overall conditioning. Had some training with him a couple of times: focusing on flexibility, explosiveness, and lots and lots of core and balance exercises. He’s training multiple athletes at the moment VIRTUALLY. He’s not one of those trainers where YOU HAVE to keep employing him to gain progress, as he relies a lot of YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND COMMITMENT. My five sessions with him I still use on a day to day basis and has kept me away from injury as I aged. BRB - I’ll find his link somewhere , it’s RAP FITNESS btw His brand has also sponsored a few TT players here in LAKELAND FLORIDA (and golf lmao)
