I was looking at their FAQ and information on payments they accept, also how to contact them. Based on that I would not order from them. They don't list a phone number or street address and it's not clear in what country they are located. They don't accept PayPal, and the way they say they deal with credit card payments worries me.
Also, I've never heard of them before. I certainly don't know every possible vendor, but to my knowledge they have never been mentioned here before.
I would personally not risk it. |

The poster music&ping at TTD pointed out that the email address [email protected] used by this site is known to be used by other known scam sites.
Definitely NOT legit. Here is more on this. Edited by Baal - 02/24/2021 at 6:43pm |

Thx stiltt but Music$Ping deserves all the credit for this catch about the email address. I'm mostly just re-posting. My initial take was just based on the content of their website which seemed pretty obviously sketchy compared to what you would see for a legit site. To members, I really recommend using pretty well-established sites, like TT11, PaddePalace, Megaspin, Contra.de, and even Dandoy (with some reservations about occasional customer service issues they have, but which generally get resolved). And many others as well, I mention those only because those are ones I have used enough that they immediately come to mind. This is especially true for ESN, Stiga, Butterfly and the like. These vendors are typically authorized dealers of stuff and you won't get fakes. They will post full contact information on their website. Some of them, like TTex in Sweden, have actual physical stores in their home countries. They accept PayPal. Their credit card systems also look legit. There are some other sites that in some ways raise questions (often on TT forums) based in China that claim to still very special unique "pro" equipment, like "National" versions of Tenergy or special Viscarias and the like. It is reasonable to ask sometimes if what they are claiming about the stuff they sell is actually true (and I'm personally skeptical about nearly all of it). On the other hand, when you order something from them they generally send you something, and the person who runs it seems clearly to be someone deeply into TT. In the case of Prott for example, very respected members here are quite happy with the products they have received from them. And then there are outright scam sites, or vendors of pretty much nothing but fakes, usually on alibaba or DHGate and the like. Beware! If a price is too good to be true.......... Hi everyone, Hi Ball, well I've just done the basic stuff: clicking on what seems, to me, to be the most important buttons: "About Us" and "Contact". And it was... really not good, indeed. Then I've googled the contact email followed by "scam" and "arnaques" as I'm french et voilà. Just giving here the process that should be done when someone has any doubt about a website. I've just joigned your community 5 minutes ago, I'll introduce myself in the appropriate section. Glad that I've been able to help merlin and the TT community
