Hello Folks,
Here is a recent video of me playing. Im the guy in the red. Sorry about the video quality! Here are the things I need to improve on: 1) leaning forward 2) Rotating my hips and waist more 3)Backhand openings/ Backhand in general I appreciate you all taking your time to watch the game! We played 4 matches ( each match was best out of 5 games). I won 3-1.

My advice is not to kill every shot at your level. Your backhand swing is huge for receiving a serve. At that distance that is insane, unless you are spot on about the spin and placement of the serve, it will never go in.
You need practice your smashing more. If you're trying to smash everything, at least learn how to smash different types of spins.

I usually dont kill every shot at my level, but my opponent was serving a tad high which made it very tempting!

Have you ever thought about flicking to attack service balls?

Power7 Has very good advice. You should attack balls that are high or long, but you need to be more relaxed and less aggressive with how fast / hard you swing. You will find that hitting at 75% will get the balls on the table and put pressure on your oponent, the key is too put the ball in a place where he can't attack and outright win the point. When you get more consistent, work on changing placement and spin, your game will go to another level.
