PF4 has quite a hard sponge, some don't like this for chopping. There are many choice of chinese rubbers with very tacky topsheets

I would use something like Globe magicwand, which is very cheap, has a softer sponge and is very spinny... I'm sure there are many other cheap chinese rubbers out there that would be good too

I guess it depends a little on what level you play as well, and waht you really need to get out of it...

PF4 is pretty much the original chopping rubber, though if you want to be able to counterattack something like Cream/Jap, 999/Jap or Tackspeed2000/MRS would be suitable.
