Got A vid of one of my training partners. He along with Lewis1253 were working on reproducing WLQ's FH stroke bio mechanics. He just posted a vid of of his latest effort and I had to post because I thought it was near perfect. 

Also bonus slow mo for pure awsomeness. SHA SHA BOOEY!!
