Hi ,I purchase some rubber from ttnpp two weeks ago and I never got order confirmation and tracking info.I have send them 3 emails no respond .My pay pal acc showing transaction ,I bought some stuff from them before and never had any problems.Email I have is [email protected] anybody had similar situation or maybe their is diffrent email adress i dont know ,when I click on contact us I get page not found.So please any advice.Thanks.

Yes, you are certainly not the first nor will you be the last customer to report this problem with TTNPP. All, I can suggest is that you report your experiences on tt-shops.net so that all of it is documented for future customers and ... contact your credit card company, tell them that you have tried to contact TTNPP and have not received a reply, and request a charge back. They will give you one under these circumstances. Prepare to prove that you did attempt to contact TTNPP. Hope this helps. There should be a sticky for this.

I had the same problem with them is likely just a product is not available and they are waiting for its arrival. A subsequent request was sent through the day.

Check your junk/spam mail folder. It happened on me all the order emails were filtered out.

Maybe we need a sticky or something to tell people they need to confirm the item(s) are in stock with the store owner via skype before placing an order.

I've used them more than 5 x, it gave me a problem once, stuff was out of stock and they had to wait. but never bothered to tell me :(

Had this same issue, my order came in (messed up) but when I recieved my order my confirmation came through... Meh I won't be ordering from TTnPP anytime soon..

As a previous TTNPP customer. I had my share of issues, but will likely buy from there again. It's cheap, fast shipping (when it ships), but it's crucial that you call him on skype and ask him about his stock, because the website is never up to date. 

Call him up, and everything will go smoothely should he have the stock you're after.

   I ordered a shipment from them before and talked to them using the live chat, they said it is better if people confirm with them to make sure the product is in stock, then they can ship it faster. My order got here within 15 days, that's pretty good from HK to USA.

this makes my 12th order with ttnpp; only had a hiccup with 1 (which was resolved)

Hi  I have file dispute with pay pal ,send him 2 emails thru pay pal and still no answer.That makes 6 emails with no answer ,this is something.

There are businesses such as Dandoy Sports and TTNPP that do not respond to any email. I just avoid them.

again, as I and others have pointed out, use skype and avoid the frustration
 
yes, it is very frustrating to not have emails responded to or be alerted when something is out of stock, but if multiple people are reporting the ease of ordering when accompanied by skype chat, then we have a solution
 
janekb, have you tried reaching Jim (ttnpp owner) through skype?

I've had a problem with them too. I ordered a pair of shoes that supposedly converted to a US 10 according to their conversion chart, but they actually sent what is at least an 11. I have e-mailed them multiple times and started a PayPal dispute, but so far haven't heard anything.

Just got an order from them about a week ago. Took them three days to complete the order, then a little less than two weeks from Hongkong to my mailbox in Massachusetts.

But if they don't have the stuff you ordered right there in stock, it can take them a while to fill the order, to update the status, or even to answer your emails. That is known to happen.

My guess is that since ttnpp is just one guy (or perhaps one and a half, at most) he is just overwhelmed by the orders. It's not an excuse but a simple explanation of what is going on there.

as far as I know, MSN / skype were the only reliable communication channels with ttnpp. as for me, I had several successful transactions with ttnpp, but I always contacted him prior to issueing my order

are there any known office hours? (central european timezone)

I never buy clothes or shoes over the internet, or ask some one to buy for me.
I rather be there to try it out and to make sure it fits. I don't really believe in those conversion charts (I think clothes is worse than shoes)
 
I would only buy over the internet, if I am 200% sure of the sizes. In the mean time, I just purchase at the retailer once every few eyars, and purchase a year (or few years) worth. Last visit I spent $400.

I too have been waiting 2 weeks still processing. Got an email last friday that one item is out of stock and asked if they could switch. I replied to ok the switch but haven't received a confirmation and status is still processing. My prev order with them had no delays.

no, because my order is marked as "sent", thats not the problem. I rather like to issue further orders but not without talking to him...

besides, I really don't understand this guy. If I were him, I would invest a small amount of money and buy some standard shop software with live stock control. This would make his own business less stressful and people are more willing to place orders. Classic win-win situation...

We have the same problem before...the best advice we could give you newcomers is better chat with him first before placing your order.

Yes, I agree it's hard to order those on the Internet, but unfortunately there are no brick and mortar stores selling table tennis shoes.
