talk about this train got fully derailed......lol 

I think there should be a brightly colored sticky for TTNPP.  Its the same posts over and over and over.   To let the newbies and such have info on TTNPP before they come to tell their tales of "Order Processing" "when will I get my order", and "how do i contact them".  

How many threads are started about this?    How many times do the same situations and reposnes have to be clogging up the database and thread lists?     Just a thought.

I just got an email today that my order has been shipped. Almost exactly 2 weeks since I placed it. Gotta wait another 2 weeks for the order to arrive. ttnpp is a good place to buy from just for the low prices. Just don't buy from them for things you gotta have right away.

I ordered 2 rubber sheets from ttnpp on April 18th. Its been almost 8 days and I haven't received any sort of shipping info. All I received was the paypal receipt. Should I wait a little longer or what should I be doing now?

You repeatedly advise to contact the owner on skype/msn before purchasing. Indeed, thats correct, I did that too.

But my initial question (back on page 1) was: WHEN did you see him online on skype/msn the last time?

I don't have him on my skype or msn, and I didn't buy from TTNPP before.
I just saw so many people replying that (while some of them providing his skype/msn), as there has been so many threads and people asking the same thing - months after months. Simply not bothering using the search feature.
 
I guess it is better for you to search for the people that provided his skype/msn and pm them to ask if they saw him online

My order was delivered today. But nobody was home, so waiting till tomorrow for the redelivery.  This arrived fast - only 7 days from the time it was shipped. Last time it took 2 weeks.

Contact him on skype and arrange the deal and it is important also to ask first if the item is on stock to avoid problems.

I've had 8 or so really good n easy quick order deliveries until most recent:
After one week and no delivery I rechecked my emails and discovered email advice item out of stock! Advised they could send other item or cancel order. 
I asked if alternative product was available but no reply to emails! I asked for a refund but no reply to email! 
I made a claim with PayPal and in due course received a refund. Thanks PayPal. 

But this is interesting; Messages on my TTNPP account:

This reversal did eventuate for correct amount but only after I opened case with PayPal
My original order was 1month earlier; I suspect I may have been out of pocket if I had not made a claim with paypal. I continue to email ttnpp hoping to make another order enquiry but no response! Pretty poor really!!!!Very suspicious!!!

I am in London, never had any problems, if not in stock they will let you know, there is time difference to consider also

I guess then this is just more clutter on top of yours but here's the trap! TTNPP made out I'd be reimbursed even making note of this on my account, but it Didn't Not happen!!!. It was share luck that I made a claim with PayPal on the very last day that PayPal would allow a claim.

TTNPP is not an organised company, it's just one guy selling rubbers for almost no profit. If you want to complain about that type of seller well just don't shop there.

Regular customers like me know that.
1) If the rubbers aren't in stock you might be waiting months to get them
2) If the rubbers aren't in stock he might forget to ever send them, you might never get your money back
3) You should pay with paypal so if the above happens you can force your money back
4) He might send you the wrong colour or even the wrong rubber

All the above has happened to me and I still order most of my rubbers from him because I understand the guy and am content with the way he runs the shop. When shopping with him you need to be prepared to take control of the transaction yourself. A lot of less toleration people are not. Hug

 I'm also a regular shopper at ttnpp and ebay. I buy for my club friends. Here's the worry; PayPal is not amused having to intervene and make amends. Paypal have just made a policy amendment to include Hong Kong companies as liable to have their PayPal accounts withdrawn if they continue to operate outside the policy requirements.  You can read latest policy announcements at your PayPal account. 
I'm not here to merely complain, but to offer warning to people like yourself who have indeed been ripped off as you state:

There is a time frame in which one must make a claim outside of which no claim can be made; The time frame is just twenty day post purchase I think from memory; With Ebay it is forty days I think.
