I haven't been ripped off so to speak even when I got the wrong rubber because the amount of money saved from buying from ttnpp has outweighed the difference by a long way. When you are saving $20 per sheet on a tensor the occasional order stuff up makes no difference

No I get my money back from TTNPP, if the rubbers aren't in stock after a few weeks I paypal the refund before the due date and order something else. Most of the time I have no problem because I mostly order sensible and common rubbers

Doesn't ttnpp also sell Donic tensors for free shipping? The ebay sellers aren't any better at keeping stuff in stock.

No ttnpp charges $2.00 Post office fee + weight x $13.45 or thereabouts. Ebay sellers I deal with have always had stock; They list exactly what they have from my experience. Table tennis kingdom/China friend and several others.

It's a recent thing, all Donic rubbers are free shipping now on ttnpp, you can go check. Anyhow, I haven't dealt with TT kingdom, but china-friend is eacheng, and I've dealt plenty with them before. They're not good at listing things that are in stock at all, they don't even tell you exactly what they have. However, they are very good at replying to emails, very quick responses. Their prices for the most part aren't as good as ttnpp's, and they carry very little non-Chinese equipment, plus their shipping generally cost a bit more, so I haven't used them as much. They do have a great selection of Chinese stuff though, and I've probably spent almost as much with them as I have with ttnpp.

I am actually not a fan of the free donic shipping policy because he marked up all the Donic Rubbers by $3 to get to it. So I lose the value of bulk orders.

Do you know if the Donic's are new or old stock? Older Donic's have a problem with edges breaking up! Some of guy's here opting for Xiom's instead. Apparently Omega 1V euro black 2mm is out of stock but will never know when it's back!

Had an order of DHS GoldArc 3 from him, had to wait a while and he got the sponge thickness wrong, he advised of his typo error, and promptly sent the rubbers, been using him for a year now, I can recommend him. Also the Huaruite blades that clones of stiga are fantastic

A few months ago i had ordered from TTNP! I purchased two of their TRF Boosters and unfortunately received two white bottles instead of the usual black bottles. I had compared my real TRF against what they had in there bottle and it was completely different kinds of liquids. Different in scent and viscosity! I had emailed them several times and have yet received a response. On their website they have the picture of the real TRF booster and thats why i had bought it in the first place. So far i'm not too happy with their service and false advertising. Does anyone on this site have any idea on getting a response from TTNP?

I think that filming the opening of a parcel would be a good idea. In case anything is not as supposed to be you may open a dispute with strong evidence in your favor - if the seller doesnt cooperate. If everything is fine just smile delete the video

I checked out that site. Their webpage seems quite slow and they have a 'clones' section, which are essentially knockoffs. Any store which sells knockoffs (this one explicitly) will always be of questionable repute. Just my personal 2 cents.

TTNPP normal != rest of online TT normal. He might have some stock now so you might get it sooner, or not. You might get your order in a week or in a few months. That is TTNPP normal. |

TTNPP took close to 3 or 4 weeks for their product to get to me. In my opinion they were slow, their customer service is very poor, and it took forever to get to me. However you cannot argue the pricing, I'm tired of paying 55 dollars for a new sheet of rubber in the USA..So piss poor service and almost a month waiting time, is tolerable for two sheets of rubber for almost the same price as one :)
