Does anyone know about Darker VIGOUR blade?

On the blade face it says it OFFENSIVE and 7 ply.  It weighs about 82 grams.  Top layer could be Hinoki or American Cypress.  Grain is not that even.  Some are thin and some are thicker.

Center core seems to be a softer wood.

Thanks in advanced for the help.

Hello Sean...I like your Butterfly picture.  I could make a similar picture.  Mine would have the Schlager Carbon, the Timo Boll Spirit, the Primorac Carbon, and the Sardius instead of the Petr Korbel.  All of mine have flared handles, though.

Just curious...Why do you have 2 blades with flared handles and 2 with straight handles?

I just thought it was a nice picture.  I was testing out my new Digicam and thought it was cool.  Technically those aren't my blades anymore.  I have since sold them to my friends or gave away to family.

I personally use only Straight handles.  The Bty flared handle are a little uncofortable since it hits and rubs the heel of my palm.  Some other brands are ok with FL handles but FLs I tend not to use.  Kokutaku FLs are pretty nice since the curve is more gradually and not as steep as BTY.

I do still have by TBS which is the ugliest condition of all 4 blades.  LOL  Oh and the Schlager is in the process of being sold again.

Also, have another cool picture of like a bunch of th eblade I had for sale at this TT club all in a line, that I was thinking of using too.  It was a ine of about maybe 7 blade on their heads with their handles up.

Hello Sean...In the "for sale" section, I saw that you bought 2 Darker blades in addition to several others.  Do you buy all of these blades for yourself to try out or do you buy them to resell?  Do you mainly sell through this forum or through e-bay?

I have bought and sold used blades from some of the people at my club.  You can usually get a good deal on a blade that somebody bought new and only played with a couple of times but didn't like.

In addition to the Schlager Carbon, what other blades do you have for sale?

Usually I buy them to sell to others.  In my area there are not very many Pro TT shops so I ten to sell in person.  I am dabbling in the isea of selling on ebay since I do have my busniess license already.  And have been selling non-TT stuff.  But as far as used blades goes.  I usually try to buy stuff people I know can't get in my area.

What is your email?  I'll send you a list of what I have left.  I just sold a bunch to about a handful of beginners that I just setup a poker tournament for.  So I'll let you know what I have left with pictures.

How come it is not available on the catalogue of Darker ? I thought Darker center carbon was discontinued.
And where did you see the Darker Vigour? Anything special about this blade ? Having 7P2ACarbon, I think I am rather pessimistic that Darker will make a fast multi ply wood blade.

I think they discontinued it for the 7p2a Carbon.

& the Darker is just a blade that I got.  Nothing special.  It is just a great feeling blade.  I don't know anything about it.  Just that it is all wood and it has a great Darker handle with great feel.

If I were to rate it it would be in the OFF to OFF+ range.  It reminds me of how blades were made awhile back.  Reminds me of the older BTY Jonyer AN blade.  Don't know why, it is just a feeling.
