The fact that you philippines cannot accept is that you are not a table-tennis advanced country. You deny all you want but in ITTF world ranking... Men Team, Singapore = 12, Philippines = 56 Top Male, Singapore = 18, Philippines = 379 Top Women, Singapore = 7, Philippines = Not Rated ( Not Qualified ) |

toell with world rankings, your table tennis players were pirated from china!!! and hello pls don't change the topic about me not accepting the philippines sucks in ranking it was never the topic here!!! the topic here from the start was about the fallacy of different sriver qualities differs from each country whic until now only a guy from malaysia said that there were differences and many have agreed to my topic that there were no major differences on the srivers cept for the ones used by pros!!!! DON'T TRY TO CHANGE THE TOPIC WHICH I IN THE FIRST PLACE NEEVR SAID!! I NEVER COMPLAINED ABOUT THE PHILIPPIENS ABOUT OUR TABLE TENNIS PLAYERS RANKING I COMPLAINED ABOUT YOUR STUPID POSTS ABOUT SRIVER QUALITIES!!! AND PLS YOU HAVE NOT ASNWERED MY QUESTION WHY IS IT ACCORDING TO YOU THAT THE RICHARD GONZALES OUR SILVER SEA GAMES SILVER MEDALIST WAS HIRED BY A SINAPOREAN CLUB BEING A LOWER RANKED PLAYER AND BEING FROM A "3RD WORLD TT COUNTRY" YOU'RE TRYING TO CHANEG THE TOPIC AND PUTTING WORDS INTO MY MOUTH!!

Hey since Canada n the US are so much lower our srivers must be garbage right? ^^ ur theory abotu *better* countries getting better equipment is completely stupid
i doubt Chinese srivers are better than ours, would u call them TT 3rd world country? ur personal discrimination against the Philippines force u into making such unsound statements |

Due to a lot of complaints I'm going to have to ask all you guys to calm down. I do take post issues pretty seriously, and I'd like to remind you all this is a friendly forum. So let's go over a few things:
1. Your country having a high world ranking does not make you a better player just because you live there
2. Being a good player does not make you a good person
3. Stress makes people live less healthy, less productive, and shorter lives. Let's not make that happen to ourselves and others by posting useless garbage about who is better than who.

I think it's just another version for sponsored players.
Timo Boll is playing Sriver with Brycesponge |

I think Timo is playing with skills none of us will ever have. He could probably speedglue Flextra and kick some tail.

well, I think it does not matter that much at our level of play. the pros can just grab a piece of scrap wood and beat the hell out of us. imho.

rubbers does makes a difference. I doubt even any pro can play well with any rubber. If you give Timo Boll Friendship 729 and ask him to play with it, he might even lose to a district level player. Playing charateristic of different rubbers are different.

well obviously....that's why pros play with their own style of rubber that they are used to... but rubbers are only going to make so much of difference... lets say boll did switch to 729...then he trains another 3 years with 729 rubbers....he will be back to national level once he adapts to the rubber....simple. |
