Starvos - It certainly gives you massive dome and expands the rubbers quite a bit but that does not translate into good speed, spin, and sound effects though for some reasons.  And when it does provide these effects, the effects do not last for too long.

Using Eucalytus Oil Vs EE-2 as sponge expander experience:
1.The speed glue effect seems very speed-glue like on the same day,

   softer, similar to EE-2.
2.In terms of cost, E-oil is not cheap. I bought it in GNC ($6.99 for 30 ml).
EE-2 is about $24 for 120 ml (plus shipping).
3.I feel that after one week or so, the effect for EE-II and E-oil is about
the same. But, E-oil is more expensive than EE-2 (unless someone
can tell us where to buy much cheaper E-oil).
4. Another advantage of E-oil is it is faster and easier to use.

I agree that E-oil is not cheap.  I also agree that it is faster and easier to use.  Given the relative cost and the resulting limited and short-lived effects of E-oil, I am trying the Tibhar CTE next.  It has been ordered and I can't wait to try it since I have read so many good reviews about this product.  BTW, I tried EE2 too.  While it expand the rubber and does seem to soften up the sponge a tad, it does not give the same spin and speed and sound effects that speed glue does.
Yes, I forgot to mention the smell, and it did last for ever. (But not the speed glue effect).
I am still looking for a better/more economic alternative. How long does CTE last (not the advertisement message from the vendor)?

For sure Eoil will not be allowed because of the odor..  As far as cost .. EOil is cheap in asia.. So prices will drop in NA and Europe if  it is allowed. but i dont see it being allowed..

I wonder why Manufacturere have not tried bonding different types  of rubber compounds to get the tension effect assosiated with speed glues..

I saw your post for eucaliptus oil so i bought one!it is not the same as yours but it is still eucaliptusoil!i used it on a J.O.waldner coppa platin soft and the results: the rubber took a curve (as it was speedglued) for about 10 mins and after came at it's first appearence!i think that it is not very effective tuning in my opinion!also i have to use baby oil sometime but if and this has no results... i will return to the expencive wayCry booster

ultra pure lamp oil works with anything.
the best way is even to use 2ml of d-limonene the 1st day to make the whole sponge stretch a bit so it will then suck anything new.
then add twice 3ml of ultra pure lamp oil: once a couple hours after the d-limonene and twice the day after. You play on the 3rd day.
Patience is the key. timing between your 2 setups is hard to keep consistent.
Most people I know just decide to pay the expensinve stuff to not deal with messy processes

If you insist on cheating, why not use speed glue as this clearly have the best effect?

You might go undetected with some boosters or home made tuners, but that doesn't make it less cheating, the rules are pretty clear about this.
