I've watched these videos 20 times in the last two weeks - I'm focused heavily on footwork right now.

The chinese coach is fantastic - he narrates in english, lives in Sweden, gets a question in _Danish_ and responds in english?!  I want to go train with this guy.

I once was teaching some kid to do this, then the other coach said, no that is wrong, it is not good.
I was like.... hm.... okay... cool, lets do it your way then.

Imo crossover is one of the most important footwork to master in order for you to attack from BH and recover a far FH.
When I was in TT school, my coach made me do this drill atleast 1 hour a day.

Anyone has a video for in and out footwork I have a lot of trouble with that when Im full power looping and they make a block I cant go into the table again

At 40 plus still fit..i find it difficult to do it but i thought i can do it. Haha.
