you guys should keep the ball in the "right" court. some of you guys just dragged these threads all over the places or off the orbit...
The ST handle of this Viscaria, sadly to say, has been messed up.
Just sad. Ouch
I know how comfortable the original shape of this ST handle is, period.

Thanks for your opinions about this Vis ST. Of course this one´s handle has been sanded by someone and it wasn´t done with very much sensitivity - the person also sanded the lenses and they became blurry. It was customed by its previous owner. My first thought also was "Ouch!...too much sanded". But I gave it a try along with a thin tape by Butterfly - this Viscaria plays fantastic. It has a great outer ply. This blade also had one ding at the edge and after the restauration showed that great outer Koto-ply to me.

One more fact for you, tiehwen: You cannot deny that there are players all around the world who cannot use very thick handles. The handle of a Vis ST is rather thick and it is a subjective feeling if you like it this way or not. Blade No. 14 shows an untouched Vis ST by the way.

What those owners did with their things belongs to them. I ask you to please stop accumulating my thread with a language/communication style that in my perception is rather rude. I felt this some times before when you left posts (last time especially as an answer to member Antuan).

Please leave this style out of my thread. Thanks.

Yes, I do love the Vis! I was looking for this Vis FL from the very first series with the sharpened lense for nearly two years...and I am very grateful to the person who gave it to me.

I am sorry Sir, but No - I don´t care what kind of material those guys are using. I am just fascinated by the Viscaria and love to play it.

Those are incredible pictures! Adolescen has a slender FL grip and very close to Korbel. I'm going nuts here...I owned many of those blades and many were lost in the sands of time.

Thank you! Indeed, to me the Adolescen is a very very nice blade, in terms of playing and in terms of its handle design.

Maybe she is already lying in front of me...who knows?
What kind of outer ply may she have? Should she have flared or straight pins?
Hmmmm.
