I have been using this glue for a couple of years to stick ox lp to the blade and I will now share my thoughts..
If like me you like to ej with ox sheets this stuff is handy because it stays on the blade and allows you to interchange lp ox sheets quickly and easily ,
It is milky white when wet but clear when dried and easy to spread as it is thin,I prefer to use a credit card to apply it as this gives a thinner more even  coat although it can sometimes need 2 coats with this method,The glue is very sticky when dry and there is a danger of damaging thin undergummi ox sheets when removing, however this is rectified by thinning the glue with water and the adhesion is less making it easier to remove the rubber and there is no glue residue  left on the rubber,a little goes a long way which makes it a cheap alternative to gluesheets in the long term...not recommended for rubbers with sponge although I have used it for thin sponged lps with rubber cement on the sponge and this on the blade again for quick interchange

I used it several years ago, looked like the same bottle. It was extremely strong... by far the strongest glue I've ever used. It might be useful for attaching top-sheets to sponge.
Good tip to thin it down, I never tried that.

Haggis it was serendipity when I found out that thinning lowered the strength of it,I was running low so added water to make it last longer, very difficult to get hold of this stuff now if anyone has a link?
igszoctan I havn`t tried the glues you asked about,I use Elmers rubber cement which is cheap and works well

They have made new formula. I am now using for my shop. It can be used for attach more than 20 sheets. Price is about 5 usd per bottle of 50 ml.
