Hi all, is it possible to watch CCTV 5 while being in Kuwait? I found CCTV 4 on hotbird, is there any chance for CCTV 5?

I thought about that, but I guess streaming would be choppy. Are those cables like HDMI? If so then HDMI is way easier.

That s not true. I live in poland too and i can watch all CCTV channels except international (cctv 10?). I think this depends on the tv sat u have. I have cctv s and others (shanghai sports in it) because i have chinese tv sat which i bought in China.

I don t pay anything for watching.Anyway, if you watch these channels every day that s cool but I wouldn t pay money just for one cctv5 program.

Use a VPN to watch video surveillance outside of China

By subscribing to a virtual private network service, you can have your traffic diverted to servers that, in turn, encrypt your connection and keep some details about you.

Your IP address for starters is changed each time you connect to another server, leaving details such as your actual location replaced by the location of the server to which you are connected. Therefore, if you are outside of China but can connect to a China-based VPN server, you can broadcast CCTV wherever you are .
