For this tournament, what will the format be? How many teams in each RR,( if it is an RR) or, how many matches are guaranteed?

It's a 3 of 5 team matches, so the 3rd player is only playing one match in each team match. No. of team in the RR group will be determined by the no. of entry. In this case, there is a 2 matches guaranteed for each player, if your team losing 0:3 in the RR and there is only a 3 teams RR. Actually, we try to put 4 teams in the RR if there is enough entries in order to get 3 matches guaranteed for each player.

Sounds good. Nice if you get 4 teams per RR, but 3 would be fine too.
