The popularity of the sport where I live is picking up. But the prize money has been pathetically small.

But, that's about to change with 2 new, major tournaments coming up on:
Pacific Northwest Team Challenge (Apr 11 - 12)
Vancouver Team Challenge (May 2 -3)

They
should be top tournaments in Western Canada, or west coast in term of
prize money and size. Both tournaments' format is similar to the N.
American Teams Open TT Championships.

The April tournament may
be the largest unrated tournament (players are divided into different
groups based on their team members' total rating) compares to the May tournament which
is a rated tournament.

Both tournaments will offer sizable prize money, and/or trophies in most of the categories.

We hope to push the popularity of table tennis in this region to the next level with these tournaments.
