Need Your Help...please read

I cannot read the first character in red but the next it is a character that means "Center". Not sure if it is a Chinese or Japanese, I can only read some Japanese but not Chinese but I have Chinese family name; funny.

The bottom shirt says...

first and second character on top says Saitama (Sai + Tama). Saitama is the name of a prefecture/province near Tokyo.

The next line, the three character says Kawaguchi Higashi. Kawaguchi is the firts 2 character. Kawaguchi is a district in Saitama and higashi means east.

So the shirt belongs to a team from the province of Saitama, district of east Kawaguchi.

Looks like the shirt are for high school girls team uniform. :)
