there seem to be 2 different Sprungfeder rubbers from Dawei, the A2 and the A4. The A2 is supposed to have more spin, whereas the A4 more speed. I'm considering getting the A2 since I'm afraid the A4 will be too fast for me. Has anyone tried the A2 to see how it differs from the A4? Thanks! |

I asked my local guy and he said it had to do with different pip geometry. not different sponge or topsheet.

Wow that's a real old post of mine, and I discovered the answer a long time ago. The topsheet of the A4 is harder than the A2, making the A4 faster but less spinny. You could be right that the pimple geometry is different too. |

Yeah, that's my experience as well. In the new G3 I decided to stock the a2.
