    Posted: 03/31/2012 at 4:31pm
Hey everyone!

I am trying to find a blade that has a great balance of weight (between the handle and the head) with heavy rubbers on it.

What do you guys think?  I can vouche for one of my club member's IF ULC that is very balanced, even with 2 Tenergys on it :)

What blades do you think have good balance (not too head-heavy or handle-heavy)?

Thanks!

among the blades that ive tried, YEO has my vote, but i see that you are using composite blades (stradivarius). if i remember correctly stradi has a good balance, do you find it head heavy?

Actually, I need to update that, I have just switched to a Innerforce ZLC, and that too has proven to be head-heavy, though not as much as the Strad...so yea, I thought the Strad was head-heavy as well. Mind you, I am using heavy rubbers, but I know there is a blade out there with good balance even with heavy rubbers, and I have yet to discover it Wink

Well, you are using Chinese rubbers on both sides so that makes a huge difference.

But I hear the Korbel SK7 has really good balance.

My XIOM Fuga has good balance as well.

For 1 week, I borrowed a club member's  Epox Offensive with Juic Air Condle rubbers, and it seemed to be well balanced. So +1 to that if it can handle the heavy tenergy and chinese rubbers...

My coach has a TBS, and I thought the handle was rather small, but I'm beginning to wonder if it's the same size as the Innerforce handles, since I liked a Innerforce ULC handle a lot (it felt kind of conical, which I love).

Yeah, Korbel SK7 has good balance.  My copy is about 93 grams but does not feel heavy.  YEO also has good balance.

90 Gr Butterfly ZJK with 49 Gr H3 National and 46 Gr Feels slightly head heavy. So it's only for hard and heavy rubbers only.

H3 National Orange 40 deg 2.2

I thought Innerforce ZLF was supposed to be fairly light...

What about the Ma Lin Carbon? Would its weight-balance be as good as YEO?
