    Posted: 09/01/2006 at 12:54pm

My friends and I bought this table yesterday at sam's club...Its hard to have a good table cause we live in Obregn Sonora, Mxico (about 450 miles from phx, arizona) ...so we went to the store...and look what we find..... we pay $ 1,550 mexican pesos!... about $140 dollars!!!, the table brand is Game Power Sports, I didn't find that brand on the net...Im a table tennis freak, and I love professional ITTF tables...but, its really difficult to get one in here..and they're so expensive, so tell me what you guys think...my comments about the table: excellent bounce, really fast playing surface, very solid structure and really good quality...and the price is great too!!.... of course the net set doesn't come with the table... cheerss from Mxico!!!

The netposts are made by killerspin, and the net itself by DHS... at least that's what it looks like...

That's really a good deal! To get a recreational table with that kind of finish and construction would be more in the US.

Sorry... my mistake... I thought you wanted to find out the brands on the net... My bad... you just said that you didn't find a net in the same brand...

I read it as "I didn't find the brand on the net", when it should be "I didn't find that brand on the net"...

that is one amazing table for just 140 usd. I wish I could get tables that cheap for my school. Im trying to start a table tennis club and some of the tables that cost about 400 usd arent as good as that one. I got 500 usd in prize money so far. 3 of these vs 1 of the other ones. This is a good buy.

I wonder if the sams clubs in the states have this model as well. granted, it may be a little more, but even at 200-300 it's still a bargain. I definitely need to check this out- a nice table for the price of a pricey racket and rubbers

Someone showed a really nice sportcraft table.  Very solidly built with a 1" top they found at costco and I think wally has it too.  If it didn't have a laminated top it would probably dust anything under 700.

This one's 5/8" and it's painted top.  I might prefer this one:

The table looks very nice and very cheap. I only wonder how can you improve your playing ! I my opinion you do not have enough space back to the table and moreover you play on a brick floor instead of wood.

What you see isn't always what it is man...The playing space is big enough to have a lot of fun, like 38 feet long x 18 feet wide...and there's no brick floor in there, just brick color anti-slippery floor, I'll post a pic later to show ya...cheers!

Very nice and sturdy looking table. You got a huge space with a high ceiling to play within. It looks like the table is not foldable, right? How thick is the tabletop?

I paid $500 for my prince Match Table and it is not nearly as nice as this one. I think you found yourself a great deal, it looks great too. but I recently got myself a $1500 double fish tourament table used for $250, it is so heavy duty, i love it.

I think I bought the same table today at sports authority. It's called Gamepower top spin table and it's on sale for $150. The table is 3/4 inch and feels pretty good.

I bought this same Gamepower Sports Top Spin Table Tennis table in December from acadamy sports, and one of the rollers/castors was missing.  Looking for the manufacturer/assembler of the product on the net to get another.  Can anyone help??
