I have tried it. It's a true pips-out sheet... it does everything you would want in a pips-out sheet. Solid blocks, hits pushes, lifts and chops. Not a spinny pips out in the sense that you can sub it for a inverted sheet and expect it to play like inverted.
It blocks the best out of all the pips out I've played. I used a custom combo on my setup... I used the Pimplemin One OX top-sheet and bought a semi-hard sponge, RITC MRS 2.2mm from zeropong.com I did this because I wanted a hard sponge that you can hit hard flat shots with and be able to block shots like a long pips out.. in other words the sponge is hard so the ball does not sink and the medium pips out leave a little deception to your blocks. This combo will not produce a lot of spin when topspinning but allows you to power threw shots with out having to worry about the ball kicking up on you. |
