How do you generate so much power in a shots? I'm just noticing some of my friends generating shots with so much power. Even mid range shots are with so much power. Then I noticed that a friend puts some kind of rubber cleaning solution on the rubber. Is it the rubber generating the speed or the wrist? Or the forearm? Is there any tactic you can use against such kind of players using special rubber or solution, and has so much power in the shots? |

most important you must 'eat ball' with your rubber... dont just hit up.. your shots will be amazingly fast and spinny... and of course proper usage of legs and waist muscle is the key to max power...
