Yes.

I have made a number of blades.  Some good some not so good.  But that is the fun part, figuring out what works and what doesn't.

you can use regular wood glue to glue the plys together

     Use 1/4" balsa with 1/16" plywood from hobby shops and you have a nice bat. Pick hard balsa for faster blade. Use 1/32" ply for a control blade.
     Thicker 3/8" and thinner 3/16" balsa can be used also.
     The glue used makes a difference. I have used Elmers, (thin coat) works well. Epoxy gives a harder feeling blade.
     Use a layer of fiberglass cloth under the plywood for a different variation.
     Check Brickells site in NY.  He has been making this type of bat for about 35 years.

Important!!!
     You MUST use a press to glue. The more pressure, the better. Can stack weights but a homemade press is better, kinda like a super Clicky press. Make sure the press is FLAT and does not distort in the middle.

I know reg. wood glue makes the blade too heavy.
epoxy makes the blade with harder feeling,
that is why i asked the question.

    this blade was made with yellow woodworkers glue it weighs 71 grams,How light do you want the blade??? In my first post Isay he glued it with epoxy but if you read the whole thread you will find it was glued with regular woodworkes glue
