right handers hate playing lefties. But left handers hate playing lefties even more. I am a left handed player and I have terrible trouble playing lefthanders. Does anyone know any good tactics for left handers hate playing left handers because most lefties are used to playing righties.

Thankss

You have some great examples right in front of you: All the righties playing each other! As an exercise study a few of yr righthanded friends playing each other or a vid of two righthanded pros playing each other.
Typical things to practice are:
Serve SHORT to FH (BH serve may be more comfortable)
expect long bh to bh rallies. Key is to hit at crossover point then place in the hole next shot.
When you play wide to fh expect to be swung wider on yr fh. Key is when opp angles you make wider angle back on same diagonal because its harder for opp to put it out of yr reach. Only go down the line when you have a winner

i agree with pingpongdaddy. watch righthanders play righthanders, because for lefty vs. lefty, it's the same idea. No crazy awkward angle shots like lefty vs. righty. You can watch some lefty vs. lefty matches too. Hao Shuai vs. Maze wttc 2005 shanghai, Timo vs. Maze, etc.

Some short services at bh, and third ball at line center of table, or at forehand. If he blocks, atack at bh.

It's similar to right to right. Try a lot of different services, and put your hits at different places. Then  pay attention where you make more points.

When I return serve, should I go to the bh or fh first?

If they stand far to their backhand corner, then try the fast no-spin rocket serve to the forehand corner.
