The only full time club is the spttc club in Bellevue about 35 miles south. Open 7 days a week mon-fri 230-930. Sat 10-10 sun 10-6. Depending on when he's moving here there is a tournament scheduled at the club on feb 8-9.

I also better mention or else a certain moderator will scold me that there is also the greenlake table tennis club in Seattle that plays Sat and Sun night from 530-900 I think are the hours.
