Something to ponder. Last time olden days My mum says table tennis bat all is only made of pure wood. nothing more. heavy and thick. But nowadays the tecnology change, the world has change even our table tennis bat changes as well. So the result is many different kinds of blades with different material and size with much lighter in weight.
Now we have carbon, arlyate. titanium, crystal, wood such as hinoki, cypress, fibre-glass all sort of materials embeded in our precious blade. What other materials can you think of in the future of our kids might be using? Raw material from Mars? Hahaha . try to give some opinion or ideas. Maybe someone from our forum ppl might come out with good idea for our future material blades. |

dont laugh....i was actually imagining about making an inflatable paddle made of probably either with artificial or natural rubber. speed comes from pressure...for off+ you need to increase the pressure...for def to all decrease the pressure. but of course it is more about replacing wood as rubber is a recycleable material... just a thought
