I think it's similar to when CNT came in with Mu Zi, Fang Bo and Co. with Euros, Korbel, Schlager, Koreans, Oh Sang Eun and that kid wonder Not 100% sure but you know how organized they are You have to go to the club to see the poster if any like China Cup, all those posters they made and the only ones put up was at the club...like two out of the hundreds  Then again it could be the old guys...who knows LOL  ** You do notice there is NO Butterfly mentioned only DoubleFish...so most likely if anyone is coming...NO EUROS.. ***I can play in this as a non-pro now :) I'm hoping it's these guys or the next wave of possible top tier CNT |

Friday September 30th to Sunday October 1st...in case you missed that...first two days are for the 'non-pros" to battle it out for a chance to go up against the pros on Sunday. It's not going to be like China Cup where non-pros have a chance to play RR with a mix of pros...that's unfortunate because we had a good time ribbing everyone LOL |

Ok, young players most likely will play, they don't miss such events. Its good experience gain at almost no cost (local tournament). But if you want to see good matches, we need our top players to play.

I would rather have this tournament without any local players - why should I pay good money to see them when I can see them in the local tournaments? Don't mind paying good money to see these international players. I hope CCTTA jacks up the ticket prices so they can afford the player's expenses. Wait, I see FZD's picture in the poster. Is he really coming ? This better not be a bait & switch. Hey, I want to see those dancing girls - in the poster - handing out the awards on Sunday. That will ensure the mostly male crowd to stay & watch the Awards ceremony. It is a "Butterfly Club" but this is Canada and like our banks, mobile carriers, it's a "closed industry", so they do whatever the F they do *btw that poster doesn't show everyone coming...last time, no one knew the Koreans were coming, no one knew how big a team actually came from CNT...so there might be a few surprises or maybe not You ask larry, "me don't know" You ask moe, "don't ask me" You ask Curly, 'WT* you know who coming?" catch the weekend then support your local non-pro vs the pros with cheers of encouragement of chuckles of ....*show some love* i have to oversee a reno downtown it could take up a better part of the day (talking with construction types is very annoying to me), then driving back up would be another time killer so i prefer not to rush around. |
