To mprzybylik. I have purchased 4 pieces of Tenergy VIA your store recently. Received them yesterday. They were packed in a thin paper envelope without any protection. It is a miracle they were not damaged during shipping. 2 pieces of cardboard inside that envelope would do wonders in protecting rubbers, without adding a significant weight. By the way you did not provide any tracking info either, I had to ask for it. Tracking ended as soon as package left Poland. I had no clue when it was supposed to come. So, your customer service kind of sucks.

please write true, it wasn't just paper envelope whilst it was bubble envelope with protection, if you would ask about tracking number for sure I would let you know, there is no problem with it...by the way did you like the price which I offered? can you buy somwhere cheaper? of course I can send ith DHL but the price wouldn't be so good, next time you can let me know and then you will choose what is better for you, price or shipment :) |

Are you trying to say that I'm lying and have some kind of agenda to jeopardized your business? Lets look at the facts here. Do you recognize this so called bubble envelope ( pictures below). This is the one You have shipped rubbers to USA. In your honest opinion can this envelope protect rubbers from even a lightest puncture. The answer is NO. As to the customer service part, I waited a week for you to provide a shipping information after order was placed. Did not get that. Emailed you once to the status of the order. No response. Emailed you second time and threatened to cancel order. Only then got an answer. If you are trying to justify luck of attention to the customer and luck of protection of the shipments by a low price of the items you sell then you are really in for a big surprise. The way you conduct businesses is up to you. If enough people will get upset by the way you do that, who will you sell to then.

1. yes that's the bublle envelope...there is a buble foil inside if you haven't realized it:D 2. did something happen to the rubbers? no, so where is the problem? looks like this buble envelope protects enough, i use them for over 10 years and never happened something wrong to the rubbers 3. i didn't answer for your email before cause we had easter christmas in Poland- the time which i want to be with my family without working, and after christmas wrote you back directly, isn't it? |

Events that we are discussing here took place more then two weeks prior to Easter. I have no patience anymore to beat a dead horse. You are obviously aware that you screwed up. When you have been called on it's pierced your thin skin. Better that then my rubbers. Have a nice live.

Unhappy with this seller. He's nice and all until things go wrong. Ordered two red mxps- he shipped me one red, one black. Great except i use LP on the other side.. and don't have a single LP in red. He offered to spend additional 27 EUR to get pips in red so I can use the wrong rubber he sent me.  His shipment took forever anyway, I figured why bother. Oh yea, and the second (correct) rubber he sent while appears to be new had packaging cut open, so technically an 'open box' item. I will live either way but this was far from a smooth transaction. In fact, in 11 years on myTT this is the first time I am complaining about a seller.I did see a concerning post from an unhappy customer last year ( http://mytabletennis.net/FORUM/fsnew-rubbers-tenergy-gewotibhar-donic-xiom-andro_topic81991_page1.html" rel="nofollow - LINK -- post dated 4/5/2018) but decided to order anyway. rasant only 1,9mm, they don't produce 2,0---> 1,9 or 2,1 but on stock there is only 1,9mm
