The Argentines have joined the lone [email protected], i think you will be surprised by their level.

Now i am hoping a few Russians make it over...their league is quite full of surprises.

Hoping this year-end Challenge Plus has a good Global diversity of players.

Our players need to register and practice diligently, hope Marko heals fully as he leads the Canadians into the foray, i wonder if Hong Tao will play but this time be more "competitive-ready"...i wonder if his wife can play this event? It's been a very long time she has seen this level of competition.

This clashes with The Finlandian Open...we may not see any Nordic players or from that surrounding region.

We have Brian Afanador entering, the 2015 Pan Am crowd loves him, hopefully they show up with love again. Surprisingly the Dutch have entered...I thought because of the Finlandia Open we would not see any entries from that region...I am very hopeful now for a truly global event.

Team SVK has entered along with some others whom I think should draw an audience...I am truly looking forward to being in the audience now.
I wonder now if the rest of team Linz will enter?

Both Canadian players and spectators are in for days of interesting Table Tennis...I wish a friend of mine were still around to see one of his favourite players...Achanta.

Nov4 deadline for singles entries...will Team China come 🤔😁 (only ittfNA knows almost a month now)

Elena Zaharia is a real talent.  She's #3 in the world on the U15 girls list, winning the European Youth championships this year as well as making the semi's in two ITTF youth tournaments this year and the finals in another.  I've seen here on ITTF videos a few times playing some of the US junior/cadet girls..

The deadline for self-funded JNT players was 25th, no one applied. I guess it's too far away and too late for 1 stop.

Viscaria FL - 91g
+ Neo H3 2.15 Blk - 44.5g(55.3g uncut bare)
+ Hexer HD 2.1 Red - 49.3g(68.5g 〃 〃)

🤔🤔3.6. Entries Entries are only considered, if submitted before the entry deadline, as follows: a. Entered by the NA, through the online entry system as announced in the prospectus of each event. b. Entered by the NA, through an official request to the Competition Manager, in case a “new” player is not registered on the ITTF Players Database. The Competition Manager will request a copy of the passport of the player and other supportive documents in case eligibility needs to be checked. The NA should follow up and only consider the entry confirmed, if a confirmation is sent by the Competition Manager. Such requests should take place minimum 3 days before the entry deadline, to allow sufficient time for registration.🤔🤔

3.3. Deadlines a. Final entries deadline: 30 days before the starting date of the event.

Final entries for singles November 4, 2019 Seniors AND U21

...and the Germans 👍

i wonder which Korean women will be coming?

I am so "grateful" the players and their associations entered so far have come to the North American Open inaugural tournament in Markham Canada.

I know everyone i have told so far are also quite excited to have this diverse talent pool coming and can't wait for Dec 4 th to come...one common question asked so far, "how much?" but the true "Table Tennis Fans", will come an entry fee will not deter them Clap

Some of you will remember her but not under this name...well she started competing again about 2 years ago and has done quite well considering...now this is probably going to be her biggest challenge to date on her return to the table.

"A former Canadian player who has returned to "competitive play"
Some of you will remember her but not under this name...well she started competing again about 2 years ago and has done quite well considering...now this is probably going to be her biggest challenge to date on her return to the table.
I wish her well at The North American Open 2019!"

Yes, she's a coach at the CCTTA in Markham , Ontario.

Good luck May!

Media Accreditaion for the North American Open is a "closed" affair...i won't be there. "Sharing - promoting the sport/players" is not in their vocabulary - the motivation is for self-gainsWink

it's been greyed out...usually it's opened at least a month before the event.

Draws are up...enjoy although a small event in comparison to the norm...there will be some very exciting match ups....hopefully the Canadians can pull off a few/couple of upsets...i won't be there so hopefully someone gets racket details for the one who asked...again *sorry* media accreditation was a "closed affair" limited to probably two people...and the live stream group...my last post about this event.

Ian had some kind words on the event...  https://www.ittf.com/2019/12/03/new-destination-names-nothing-new/" rel="nofollow - https://www.ittf.com/2019/12/03/new-destination-names-nothing-new/
