Probably it will be better because the handle is thicker.
Update... Just saw purchased by one of my practice partners. This one actually had a decent sized handle, even at 79 grams. Edited by Baal - 06/29/2012 at 11:04pm |

It also comes down to weight: a Rosewood V will never be 80g, no matter how long you wait. The XOs, however, seem to be averaging about 8g - 10g lighter than the Vs (I'm assuming that the Vs remain nearer to 90g, like the one I had a while ago.)
I now have an XO. I'll post a full review of it in the next week or so (just ordered the rubbers for it.)

My friend just got one that weighs in a 79 g, even with a decent sized Legend handle.

Yep - mine is 80g (my comfortable blade weight range is 78g - 82g. Anything else and it affects my game.)
