yep, smirnov's gone!!

that was a great win for toriola--he's gonna get gobs of points, cuz smirnov's a top-20 player and toriola is, like, a 120-something...

Not a lot of support for MazeSmile. He is for sure a underdog but he will make a great result. There have just been a big program about Maze, where the Danish national television have follow him for 7 months.

something's wrong with that schedule--the times are wrong for the eastern u.s.  that's central time, NOT eastern time!

Does anyone know where you can see a list of results?

I know about the livescore on ittf.com but the finished matches are removed from the livescore soon after they are finished....

also does anyone have a clip of the round 1 game between  Adrian Crisan, Rumania and Finn Tugwell, Denmark?

Ma Lin was just too strong for Ovtcharov today.  Dima had 9-7 in the first two games, but lost each one and that was it.  Ma Long also advanced to the third round in 6 games, and CHEN took down the aging Swede Persson in a tough 4-2 match.
