Its great for looping and seving.  In fact spinning in general but not good for hitting.  So if you are a hitter it might not be for you, but you will enjoy seeing you opponents reation toyour spins.

yes, i have pronte on backhand and h3 on forehand, pronte is almost identical to h3 in terms of tackiness, but much softer sponge.  Think of it as a softer version of H3.  Good for looping, serving

AFAIK there are three versions out: hard, medium, soft.
I play 2 soft ones in max. It depends very much on the blade you use with them. On a slow blade i got no control, but on a fast blade (OFF+) it is the best
combo i played so far.

It has amazing spin but is very slow, this is in the soft version though.  I don't know what the hard is like.  It has very good control also.
