Hi all, i have heard that people have a fast blade and a slow rubber like Timo Boll. But for like Wang Liqin he uses rubbers that are fast but blade slow. Not many people use fast blade and fast rubber, why is that? |

Schlager uses the Schlager Carbon with Bryce on both sides and Kreanga the Kreanga Carbon with Bryce on both sides too. I know that I want to have control too that's why I use an allround blade.

Yeah only a few people use that. But most of the other players use slow blade with fast rubber or fast blade slow rubber.

Hey Fellow,
Of Course their are People using fast rubbers and a fast blade for Example: Kalinikos Kreanga(Bryce,Bryce,Kreanga Carbon OFF+) Werner Schlager(Bryce,Bryce,Schlager Carbon OFF+) Michael Maze(Bryce,Bryce,Michael Maze OFF) Kong Linghui(Bryce,Kong Linghui Special OFF/+?) Chiang Peng-Lung(Bryce,Chiang Peng Lung OFF/+?) Petr Korbel(Sriver G2,Sriver G2,Petr Korbel OFF) Is that not enough? They are all high ranked in the World and i took this information of my Butterfly Calendar 2006 for some of the People out there who didnt figured out yet that all these Players are from Butterfly ! |

Only if you speedglue the hell out of it, its the way Bryce is supposed to be used.
Oh, most of this doesn't really matter on a higher level since everyone pours speedglue into their rubbers, the difference is more of how much speedglue rather than the rubbers or blade. |

Most people can't control Fast blade with fast rubber. They lose control or they can not generate the amount of spin with this setup as with other setups. I use TS with a Medium fast rubber on FH for speed and Soft/slower sponge rubber on BH for more control and spin. |
