This a***e is a artist scammer.
I sold him the blade. And within a day after I ship his blade (I shipped just right after I received his money), he opened dispute to paypal to claim that I did not ship and he did not receive.

This is just waste of my time.
I don't think that he could scam me since I have the receipt which I just shipped a day ago.
 
Just really stupid kid to deal with.

Have you tried it resolve it with him? There's always a chance that it's an honest mistake...not everyone knows how to use Paypal properly...

I'm curious how long went by between when you received the payment and when you shipped the blade?
I'm totally outside of this btw Embarrassed .
I'm only asking because I'm having the case with a seller that they have had my payment for 14 days, and not shipped yet, just wishy-washy communication like "tomorrow will be done" - 4 days later "in 12 hours" - 4 days later, still nothing sent... so I am just curious how much of an ahole I rate for getting this jittery after this much time.
Edit: sorry I see you answered my question in your post: shipped right after! Must get new glasses..

Here is what happened

He want to buy blade to ship to Chile (from US). I told him that I do not take reponsible for lost package or delay since he do not want to ship with insurance.
1. He paid me on Oct 21, 2010 for a blade to ship from US to Chile
2. I shipped on Oct 22, 2010 and sent him e-mail to let him know that I shipped it. I asked him to give me his email, so I could give him the pictures of the receipt.
3. Today, when  I logged in, I found out that this ashole claimed the dispute with paypal on today (10/24/10) that he did not receive the blade.
 
What an idiot!!
 
I have done 100 deals with people in this forum without any issue until this time. Just a waste of my time.

It happened to me once as well. The dispute was opened 3 days after I sent the article. I was quite upset, as Paypal does not support the seller.  I was lucky, as the item arrived, and the buyer then closed the dispute. I hope the buyer is Honest in your case.

well, I don't see how paypal can take him seriously, because he cannot really dispute on non receiving for goods paid only three days ago (which are sent through regular airmail)

If you don't want to risk this happening with paypal you have to ship with a tracking number that has signed for confirmation the guy received it

that should solve the proof of receiving; however, something else could be disputed, although I will not write it down. but dispute before package could be received in time given is ridiculous, and suzch dispute should be rejected instantly

I provided all the proofs (receipt, email exchange) to paypal to prove that it is a scam. The case was closed by paypal, but it is a waste of my time.
Thanks everyone for all supports. I am not sure if Mods would take action about this guy. We should not let a scammer around this forum.

You should appeal and let them know the timeline. They shouldn't expect the package to arrive in 2-3 days, and after you shipped the package, he open a dispute immediately after you proved that  you have shipped with receipt. This is such a obvious scam.

Paypal already closed the case. There is no way that the guy could receive package (international shipping) within a day. The case is obvious scam.

It happened to MyTableTennis.NET online store too.

This customer bought a doublefish rubber for $8.00 and want FREE shipping to Chile, after dropping him no free shipping he made a dispute thru paypal to get his $$$ back.

And he ordered again the 2nd time from us with the same rubber, but pay for shipping, before we get to mail it out to him, he made a dispute thru paypal again. The dispute is shown below, we really didn't know what that means but just gave him the $$$ back again. We will not sell anything to people like this.

It seems that he is just a troll - he gets some satisfaction in ordering stuff, canceling the orders, messing with people etc.
