I don't know if the idiot know how to do bussiness or he just pretends innocent or dumb. The fact is that he know the shipment was done, but he still filed dispute. Is it the mistake or just trying to scam me? Who know?

He did not asnwer any in the post until I cleared up the dispute with paypal. What was in his mind? Who know? What if I could not do anything with paypal? Well! is he a scammer?

He kept giving lie, excuse to claim fault on me without giving any real proof on his claim.
He kept filing dispute after dispute for many transaction (me and Mytabletennis shop)

Now, he made every sellers hesitate to deal with international shipping.

I have done with this idiot. Now whoever trusts him, go ahead doing bussiness with him.
And others, be careful that this idiot may come back with different user.

Maybe we should make the tracking as a requirement to protect ourselves.

I think it has to be up to the parties involved to establish that. I don't think it should be a requirement on this forum.
