I have some soreness in my deltoid muscle today after an intense looping session last night. Basically I tried imitating Timo's technique - small motion, mostly fore-arm and waste, less shoulder rotation. Am I hurting in the right place here? Any help would be appreciated =)

1. Don't do it that way
2. Stop being a prepubescent girl haha actually its probably just cuz your muscles arent used to doing that motion for that amount of time. When they strengthen up im sure they will get used to it. Good luck for now! I know how it feels to be soar after training... |
