He is not a TT player. But thought people might benefit from the diet Novak Djokovic uses to improve their health and TT game. Apparently you can start seeing results in 2 weeks. It s definitely worked for him. (Hmmm also travels with a personal chef and I believe they bring all their own foods with them!)

Hmmm, Novak was well publicized as having a glutin alergy. He had wind issues in long matches that were alergic in nature (see roddick in australia). He went to that diet and immediately that went away.
I m not a Djoker fan but come on.

Ha. That is basically the diet philosophy I follow. When I adhere to it for a week I always see amazing results, but it is just so damn hard for me not to eat any grains or sugar.
