Guys ( and perhaps girls) , ive got this open tournament coming up and just wondering whether somebody can help clarify a few things please!

When playing agains someone with Antispin on the backhand :

1. If you push with chop/backspin on the ball, and thye push back with the antispin, what spin comes back ?

small bit of chop ?
float ?

2. If you push with chop on the ball, and they open out with their antispin, like a sort of loop, what spin  is on the ball ? nothing ? bit of chop  ?

Many thanks in advance guys!

My coach told me a thing that you shold do against LP and antispin rubber. He says that you should loop in BH or loop hard in FH.
And good luck in the tourney

Basically Anti is sort of like a reduced effect Long pip. If you were to loop very spinny at anti, then it would return moderately light backspin. If you were to drive against anti, you'd end up with a floater.

Same goes for the push. If you push very heavy, you get light top. Push a floater and you'll get a floater

The biggest difference with Anti and LP is that anti dramatically slows down the ball most of the time so don't stand too far back.

hope it helps

Loop the first one with moderate spin, you will get a light backspi return and then loop drive the next one, if it comes back there will be mainly float and you can loop drive hard at the player,
