Hi,

I just want to know which company's blades you use!
I prefer Butterfly products and I think that is the best company.
I simply like their rubbers, blades, shirts and other products.
I use Michael Maze OFF (AN) and Bryce FX on both sides.

Bryce FX 2.1 on both sides

I use a Stiga Offensive CR, but I don't feel as if I owe any exclusive loyalty to Stiga.   i.e. I use Yasaka and occasionally Dawei rubber or anything else out there that has gotten good reviews, I have a Butterfly paddle case, I use Nittaku balls, I use Joola glue, etc.  In short, I just like to mix and match, so to speak.

As a money-conscious person, I prefer Chinese equipment. The value for your dollar is just great! Butterfly products are not 2 or 3 times better than Chinese.

Butterfly, Stiga, Tulpe, and and old (circa 1980) blade I bought at Sears as a premade.  It is a Dick Miles model.  I have no idea who built the blade for Sears, but it wasn't very expensive.  It is, however, very solidly built.

Butterfly blades are probably still the best - but pricey. I agree with ppgear that their stuff is not 2-3 times better than chinese but the problem is that even if they are only 50% better you end up paying their ridiculous prices because you want those 50%. So on rare occasions when Chinese stuff is almost as good we all need to know about that!!

About rubber - I am ambivalent on that, because I know a lot of cheaper Chinese rubbers which are on par with expensive Euro/Jap rubbers including Butterfly, Tibhar, JUIC etc.

I was a beginner at the time. A stupid beginner. WAY TOO FAST FOR ME. It probably still is. I thought it was hard and had no feeling(cuz of that stupid handle gimmick they have going on), basically a crap blade.

Well butterflyonline still sells it for like 60 bucks, but if you look around you will see shops selling them new for like under 30. That tells you what kind of blade it is.
