It's an interesting comparison.  I am not positive, but I feel like the clipper has more mass than the TBS so it is faster in that regard.  Depending on the rubber, though, TBS can create faster loops.

Personally, I am not liking H3 on either of these blades, even the provincial.  Both are harder blades so softer rubbers tend to work a ton better.  I played with a TBS that had speed glued sriver fx on fh and a clipper with speed glued mark v gps on fh.  TBS with sriver fh produced spinnier and faster loops while clipper with mark v gps produced more powerful smashes.  If you are really in to H3, I suggest getting Nittaku versions or maybe tg 2.

I couldn't agree more.  Stiga definitely makes some crappy looking blades with messed up wood grains and stuff like that.  However, the play is quite good, and in a sense, that is more important.

I would have to say that stiga makes the best wood blades, and butterfly makes the best consistant quality rubber. Chinese rubber, you buy one , the next one might not feel the same, even provincial rubbers. Butterfly also makes one of the best carbon blades.

Best blades for me: Stiga because of wood plies
                                Xiom because of quality
Best rubber for me: All table tennis brands have one or two rubbers good
