what blade are you going to affix it to?  I had one sheet on a Dynamix 17, and the combo is way too hard to play with - at least at my skill level.

You do know HS stands for 'Hard Sponge', right?  Well, I didn't.  Silly me!

HS is in between SG and regular Xtend in terms of hardness.

tuco: i want to affix Xtend HS to Fh of my Aeros, which is very hard, but I prefer this hard feel, its very suitable for my game. im going to try apply it with Stiga Extrem Booster and aqua glue. only thing im afraid is hardness od Xtend HS - i hate soft rubbers. for example Yasaka Mark V XS was also a little bit soft for me.
ps: did you play with 2,0mm or max.?
thanx

Nonono. Who told you that? HS of Xtend stands for "High Speed".

XTEND HS is harder than regular XTEND so it isn't in between regular XTEND's hardness and XTEND SG's

ok, thanx for answers, ill see, tests will show more... and it will be affixed with Yasaka Mark V Powercharge, not with Stiga Extrem booster finally. test rubbers: Yasaka Xtend HS, Mark M2, Sriver L

it means HS is not in between regular and sg version's hardness since HS is harder than both regular and sg versions.... HS>regular>SG the correct way of saying that is... HS is harder than both regular and SH.. not in between!

most rubbers made for speed glues are softer than the regular ones like the FX's, Sound's, the ones with SOFT.. SG is softer

Quote Just to clear things up about Yasaka XTEND rubbers:

Normal XTEND is the softest of the 3 versions, its not for speedglueing but has great speed, spin and sound without glue.

XTEND SG is just a little bit harder, but for speedglueing so i suggest you to try normal XTEND or XTEND HS, because of the new glue rules.

XTEND HS is harder than the two other, its medium hard, like Mark V but much faster and spinnier without glue. It really has great built-in effect. It has good sound but normal XTEND has even more sound.

quoting kennie, who probably knows more about yasaka than anyone else in here.

nah, i trust my own judgements and i have tried those 3 above as a subdealer in yasaka equipments and extend sg is the softest, unelss there is a variation among sponges which is rare in yasaka
