hi my dear
i play ping pong professionaly.my blade  is butterfly sardius and my rubbers are sriver & sriver-el.when i attack i almost use side spin.i can not use top spin.it is beacause my wrist is downCry and i can not lop and top spin.i have problem to play with controling and anti players.can you help me and give me a solution to dissolve this problem.please introduce me a suitable blade and rubber to play better.

You need to try and play more with an upswing in your stroke and contact the inside of the balls, the more of the outside you hit the more sidespin you'll get. 
 
The blade your using now is great, but it's very fast, especially in combination with your sriver rubbers. OFF- or anything a little slower mightbe better.  Do you hit off the table alot or have trouble controlling your loops.

I have this bad habit and I somewhat can't get rid of this either. I used to wear some sports support when I got an injury when I was in the 1st grade.Note that was elbow injury. I now wear wristbands wherever I go. I think having a wristband keeps me reminded to always keep it in a 90 degree angle. Also try to avoid reading this kinds for example you have a bad habit that you have just forgotten and got rid off and someone said or posted something then your brain remembered and you kept on having doubts when doing strokes. I will now spend another month not reading these kinds of bad habits.
