If anyone has played with both, can you tell me the differences?

They are very similar 7 ply blades. Hard to tell difference in feeling or speed.
One has koto, the other has limba on the outside. K4 and K6 are both slightly faster than K5. |

I disagree K5 is clearly faster than K6.
Although I personally prefer K5 for the small amount of softness it has over the K6. |

Actually there's a lot of difference between K4 and K6. That was the original two compared right?
K4 is a lot like tbs...I think the most like it of the series. I belive both have a high quality ayous face which is unusual for japanese blade. The K6 I belive has a harder koto outer. Then the composite in the middle is totally different. The K4 is a very soft weave with a lot of blue arylate in it. The K6 looks much more like a plain carbon layer, and it plays as you would expect by look.
Overall the K6 is a little faster but not a whole lot. And it just has a more conventional soft carbon-like feel.
