Guys,

Anyone play with or have any experience with the Timo Boll Tamca 5000?
Probably should have asked earlier but I just bought one online.

Currently using a TBS.

Is it Speedy causing all this trouble? I currently use TBS too and something in me itched to buy one for a couple of days after reading his praises about the T5000. Thank GOD, it is over now.

Hello Fatt, Are you having second thoughts about the TB T5000????

Anyhow good blade though. Just started using my old schlager carbon again and having a ton load of fun with it.

It's super fun to play. I sold it to a friend of mune. It is just too fast for an under 2000 player. There is a crazy wave going on about that blade: I know 4 people using it or wanting to now.
I have been playing the Violin for the last 3 weeks and even so much slower I make less mistakes. I just have to work out more to finsinh every point. When I want the ball away though it may come back because the lack of power. However I am getting better at placement for that reason.

Tamca is faster than ALC (the carbon, not the blade).

So, less spin, better for hitters, stiffer, harder.
Acrylate Carbon has longer dwell time.
