why not - if you think that this is the proper speed and thickness for you, then go for it. Just make sure you will be comfortable with 8 mm thickness and relatively flatter game which will likely require certain adjustments in technique for looping.

True dat - that is a superb blade! it was just a tiny bit slower and softer than I wanted at this point but other than that it is a dream blade. That's why I customized that design to have Charlie make an Ultima for me.

By the way, what kind of glue do you use? that residue is wicked!

I used Elmer's Rubber Cement and Galaxy Aqua Glue - do you mean that sahiggs100 kept my glue residue on the blade? I am flattered! Big smile

i only use elmer's rubber cement so... note to self: I'll never use Galaxy Aqua Glue Dead
 
now I want to try Three-ply Cypress and the thinnest version of the Fiddler
 
but most importantly, i need another 9-10-9!

Indeed! In just two days I've improved my blocks with placements to wherever my opponent is not.
