Try 729 Carbon (normally half price Japanese Carbon blades). I used 9010 Carbon, quite fast blade. whp90 |

Order from www.ping-pong.com.....
They have a batch of Weston TT Club Inventory that's discounted. They carry 4 729 Carbon blades at CAD$32 each, great deal! Unfortunately, Carbon blades are too powerful for me.... Good luck! |

Well, with regards to Ping-pong.com, if you are looking for PHC handle, there are 4 choices:
8010 8020 8040 8041 40 & 41 are the 2-speed blades, thicker carbon layer on FH side, more powerful. Don't know too much about 10 & 20, but for that amount of money, they should be pretty good deal. The only blade available in FL is 8010 I believe. That probably didn't help, but I tried..... =P Salsaking |

I just purchased a 8010 from www.ping-pong.com along with DH Hurricane rubbers on both sides. After using it for few days, I found its a powerful blade good speed and control. Butterfly Taksim, the other blade I use regularly, offers better balance and workmanship at 5 times the cost. For C$32, 8010 is an excellent buy. |

Thanks for sharing Samman. Did you get the FL or PHC handle?
Can you also share your style of play? Would this be more of a hitter's blade, or can a player with Full-stroke Loop Drive still optimize its performance? The reason why I'm asking is that I have recently switched to a Carbon blade, but it is so fast that I have to restrain my stroke when I loop, or else the ball would go off the table..... Thanks, Salsaking |

A very good blade here in brazil is oversize (stiga), Primorac Carbon (Butter), Gergely (Butter), Avalox, and I use Carbo 7.6 (stiga), it is good and i dont need to use speed glue to play with it.

Salsaking, you are absolutely right V the first time I used a carbon blade, I had the similar experience as yours V too bouncy to apply a full loop or even a block. However, after you get used to it, youll really appreciate the power and speed of carbon blades, then youll never look back. I am more a PHC hitter than looper so carbon blades serve me well, for me a loop just a setup for a big smash to follow. I hope it will help. |

thanks you guys. i bought the friendship LkT carbon 9010 blade. i love the power. i have switched from tackifire to bryce. carbon makes a such a difference. price of the 9010 was also a factor in buying the blade. i would recommend this blade.

If you had checked his member profile you'd see that he hadn't logged in since 2007, so no, probably not :)
