I have written down the keywords and I have time for two parts for now.

Part 1

Backhand active block and step around

Backhand generates opportunity for forehand

Cross over feet

Used for bigger area of coverage

Step around for forehand, small step, left foot cross over, right foot follows.

When sometimes the cross over is not very smooth, it is because the small step is missing.

Part 2

Left Right Footwork

Side by side feet movement

Change of center of gravity from left to right and left to right.

Steady footwork

Forehand half

Small side by side footwork but only change center of gravity from right to center

Forehand two-thirds

Side by side larger feet movement

Part 3 Front and Back Footwork

Forehand close to table

Distance is about 50cm from table

Mostly “literally fast bring over” (a variation of loop)

Left foot side by side movement towards back, then left foot follows

Mid distance

Arm much bigger movement and slower

Backward: left foot side-by-side slant step backward; right foot step back.

Forward: right foot side-by-side step forward, left foot follows and step forward

Forehand flip

Right foot forward, move center of gravity forward, arm forward with small arm motion.

Then step back with right foot, then left foot step sideway

Backhand loop.

Last scene

Hard to grasp what she said. Push and then attack.  Then she referred to cushion needed in shoes.

(Note: this video is harder to translate what she was trying to convey and I watched the video 5 or 6 times but I have benefitted from it.  Hopefully the “side-by-side” step translation makes sense. Many of the Chinese terms I understand but I have not heard in English.  In Chinese there are several terms of loops which indicate specific functions.  For example, the backhand loop is a “tear”.  The close-to-table forehand loop here is a “bring over” )

The videos are titled Lingbo Weibu Footwork. Just curious about the meaning of Lingbo Weibu. Tried the google translate but I was unable to find out the meaning.

In Chinese characters, it's 淩波微步, the name of a fictitious kungfu footwork technique mentioned in the famous Chinese fiction of the 武俠 (Wuxia) genre, 神彫俠侶 (The Condor Couple?), written by famed Chinese author under the pen-name of 金庸 (Jin yong).

Lingbo Weibu is the footwork technique learned by Duan Yu when he ran into a cave.  He saw the drawings in the cave and learned the footwork from there. He did not know martial art then. He used the quick footsteps Lingbo Weibu to avoid the attackers.

Weibu means small step.

The kungfu(wuxia) novel name is Tian Long Ba Bu(literally Sky Dragon Eight Parts).  Several versions of TV series by Hong Kong, Taiwan and mainland China had been made.  The novel was also written by Jin Yong.
