Hi everyone,
In Estonia, march is the month of good service and therefore many companies are looking for a feedback from their clients. And so do we. Please tell us, what is good about our web shop and what could be better, different etc. Dont hesitate to criticize, if needed.
Everyone´s opinion is welcome.

Thanks!

Tabletennis24.com

great looking site.

negative:

1) worldwide delivery logo scores a 20/100 for legibility
2) key word stuffing:  "table tennis"  google might like it but you use the words "table tennis" on the menu 8 times too many
3) "sportbags"  edit:  "Sport Bags".... it never was one word and never will be
4) "others"  edit:  "other"
5) "webshop"  edit:  "web shop"
6) blurry picture to the right of "worldwide delivery"

under About Us:

1) "specialised"  edit:  specializing
2) "happy to consult you"  edit:  happy to help you
3) "worldwide"  edit:  world wide
4) "ask the shipping price"  edit:  ask for the shipping price

when i click the browse 'in English' button it works fine until i click on the actual description of a product:  eg..Kiili Betoon 7.8  then it switches to Finish?  the rest of the page remains in English but all the enticing details about the table are not...  specifically i would want to know what this means:

"Ilmastikukindel betoonlaud. Lauaplaat lihvitud betoonist, jalad sile- või pesubetoonist, võrk silebetoonist."

maybe that part isn't important or maybe it contains info that might be the determining factor in encouraging me to make a purchase....don't know..

there are a lot more minor spelling/grammar mistakes but i will stop at that.  pm me if you want me to edit the entire site...we can work out a barter deal.

beautiful  kiili betoon tables btw...stylin...

regards
rick

You offer worldwide shipping but you only list your prices in Euro. If you want more sales outside of Europe, offer an option to view prices in other currencies like the US dollar.

very good point...

i was trying to figure out how many canadian dollars for a table and realized that i didn't have a clue as to what the conversion was so i made the mental note that i would never buy anything from this site.

that can't be good for "world wide" sales.

Thanks guys for your feedback. We try to develop with your help.
We have thought about the idea of the option to view the prices in US dollars and it will come shortly indeed!

We have changed the conditions of shipment.
Before, all orders over 50 euros, that contained only blades and rubbers, received free shipping. Now all your orders worth 50 euros will receive free shipping worldwide!

I thought I'd give you guys a go a few days ago, as I needed some DHS blades for a friend, and they were out of stock elsewhere. I added a few other bits & pieces that I needed as well.
I was a little annoyed that a day later I received the order confirmation, stating that the DHS blades were out of stock. This was the main reason I placed the order with you. It would be nice if your website would tell me this BEFORE I complete the order.
I'm still awaiting the invoice for the rest of the order... automating payments would be a nice addition too.

Thanks for your feedback and sorry for the inconveniences!
We have now sent you the invoice for the rest of your order.
We will shortly have a brand new looking site and the features like automatic payments and real stock will be included.

I get quite a bit of stuff from them, but the currency thing can be a pain, but it is not a deal breaker. use www.xe.com it will give you the conversion
it is near impossible to add the currencies of the world to a buying website

Good news! The new Stiga rubbers, which are specially developed to play with the plastic balls, have arrived to our stock. These rubbers can be found only from two other stores in all Europe! We offer this rubber with the best prize!

nice looking site, few suggestions though:

1. Too many "Table Tennis" terms on the side menu, same as what another member wrote
2. Products - The list is too long if I choose just one brand.  Instead of having 4 or 5 blades on each row, I am only looking at one blade a row, hence, takes too long to scroll down the page.  Buyers may lose interests
3. "Choose a Model" should be "Choose a Handle"

Isn't the correct universal English spelling "specialising"? As far as I know, it's only one country that uses the z so zealously.

I ask only out of curiosity.

Why would the man who calls himself "the world's best editor" not know how to spell Finnish?  (Unless, of course, he's not the "world's best". Wink )

I don't get the deal there. Its basically TT11 twin, in terms of what items they have, prices of said items and promotions. Even down to the location [Both Estonia], store name just being 2 digits different.

So, I'm just gonna default to buying from TT11 since it has a stellar rep. and there is no difference and the site looks better etc. Plus, that reputation includes being responsive and nice wrt the buyer getting what they want etc.

If TT24 had their own promo's and stuff, they'd probably see more traffic / people willing to buy.
